Lors de notre départ pour 2 jours au grand canyon nous avons oublié notre appareil photo. Nous avons appelé 1 h après notre départ pour demander à la réception de nous le mettre de côté car nous revenions ds 2 jours logé ds cet hôtel. La femme n’a pas été sympa nous disant quel n’avait pas le temps… Au bout de 4 appels et 3 personnes différentes on nous a dit qu’il n’y étais pas d’un ton lasse.
